Preparing and teaching the auxiliary staff for the industrial sector the necessary skills to proficiently set up a learner-centric learning environment”

In the context of adult education and digital learning, where knowledge is readily accessible via diverse technological platforms at any time and place, educators must transition from being conventional instructors to becoming facilitators of learning. The shift in teachers’ roles necessitates them to equip themselves with the knowledge and skills related to learner-centric administration, hands-on activities, and competency-based learning. Equally significant is the requirement to modify existing viewpoints and convictions to empower learners to independently acquire and formulate knowledge with the guidance of instructors. This program provides guidance for university staff interested in acquiring the skills needed for overseeing learning within industrial settings. This initiative facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing with the industry sector, allowing the insights gained to be utilized in ways that are advantageous to KMUTT students.
